Mile High Music Festival Prohibits Tailgating

By rippinskiers

The Mile High Music Festival in Colorado will be prohibiting tailgating. Ok…like that is really going to be enforced!!! And if it does, that is simply not representing KIND COLORADO. So essentially, you must arrive at DICK’S SPORTING GOODS parking lot, and head right into the festival. I just do not see that happening.

According the the thefreedictionary.com, the definition of tailgating is: To participate in a picnic that is served from the tailgate of a vehicle, as before a sports event. Can you imagine arriving at the festival and not seeing people drinking a beer at their car? Or how about a late night, post festival pseudo shakedown street? I don’t know if that will happen, but why shouldn’t it??? I agree the festival is great for Denver, but I hope they are going to represent KIND COLORADO and not enforce their NO TAILGATING rule.
